Day 20 - Acid Reflux...

Man I felt sick this morning. I couldn't even finish my first cup of coffee. Usually I go through 3 cups right in the morning. My stomach felt a bit acidy. It went away in about an hour, but I'm starting to feel the same way right now for some reason.

This event coincides with my including ramen noodles into my diet. I was starting to run low on rice, so I purchased some packs of ramen noodles. Ive been eating half a pack a day for lunch. Maybe my system is not used to it. Lets hope this is temporary, even though this is the third time this day I'm feeling crappy.

  2. I hope you are drinking lots of water. Try mixing sugar and drinking water between snacks or meals. I hope this helps. Do you walk after you dinner(lets call it a snack).Flip your lunch for your dinner and dinner for lunch. You can do it. 9 more days. Also start to see what you got left for nine days and see if you can gradually increase your snacks.
